In order to use the mobile application to manage your monitoring account, you must first identify yourself by using the same information as in the I.V. manager: your email address and password. If you are not yet a user of our internet monitoring solution (e-commerce, showcase site,...), all you need to do is register for a free test account
Home page
Once you are identified on internetVista's mobile application (your website monitoring and internet service provider), you will come to the main menu. From here, you will be able to manage your medium and applications.
To remind you, the medium is the means of communications between you and internetVista (an email address for the reporting and alerts or a mobile phone number for the alerts). As for the application, this represents wants you would like internetVista to monitor (a url, a mail server...)
Applications page  
Thanks to the list of applications, you will able to see at a single glance the status of each of the checked applications. A number of actions are also available for each application: you can view the checks, activate or deactivate monitoring, see alerts, or launch an immediate check.
Media page
At the level of the list of media, you will find the full set of media specified in your monitoring subscription. The emails for the performance reports (uptime of your internet service, average response time, ..) and for the alerts; and the sms type media for alerts to your mobile phone. You can directly activate or deactivate each of the media or test them.
