You can make this exclusion either on the basis of our user-agent or on the basis of our IP addresses.

In the case of website monitoring, it is important to make sure that the content of the page being monitored corresponds to what you are expecting. For this, our monitoring centres check whether the content downloaded from your website contains a matching sentence that you have selected.
