How can I consult the information linked to an alert of my web monitoring?
An alert is triggered when our monitoring centres detect a fault or a malfunction in your application being monitored. You receive the alert only when this error is confirmed by at least one more monitoring centre, which makes it possible to avoid false alerts.
You will find detailed information concerning an alert in the manager:
- Connection to the internet site
- "applications" menu
- Activate "List of alerts" for the application in question
