My evaluation period is expiring, what should I do?
When the evaluation period of our monitoring service has expired, in order to keep your website monitoring and other Internet services uninterrupted, you need to configure your account via our website, which allows you to manage your monitoring subscription:
- Connection to the internet site
- "account" menu
- Click on the "configure account" button and follow the instructions.
The subscription configuration wizard will guide you through the various stages of the configuration process:
- Select the number of applications to be monitored
- Select the number of media required for alerts and reporting
- If necessary, select the number of SMS credits
- Billing information
- Validation of your order
- Payment via our partner Ogone
