Our monitoring service for web sites and other Internet services is offered in the form of a default monthly subscription. However, you can also select a quarterly, half-yearly or annual subscription. Selection of an annual subscription entitles you to a free thirteenth month of monitoring.
The internetVista® monitoring solution that we are proposing is an independent solution with regard to hosts and telecom operators. We function as an independent trusted third party that offers a solution to the problems of unavailability in your web services.
If you opt for our monitoring solution, your subscription payment shall be made by credit card. Payment is made online through Ingenico our specialised partner in electronic payments.
For users who want it, some of the functions of our monitoring platform are accessible via an API, i.e. via a library of functions, which can be called directly from other computer programmes.
Every time an invoice is raised against your monitoring subscription, it will be sent to you by email in PDF format. All invoices also remain permanently accessible online in your administration console.
