How can I modify the periodicity of my web monitoring subscription?
You can choose a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual subscription. It is for you to choose the periodicity. If you opt for an annual subscription, you are entitled to a free thirteenth month.
You can modify this periodicity via the manager at any time:
- Connection to the internet site
- Go to the section which enables you to manage your account via the "account" menu
- Click the "change" button in the "periodicity" field
Remark: Irrespective of the periodicity of your subscription, you can modify your subscription settings at any time (increase it or decrease it); our system will calculate the price proportionally to the remaining period. Thus, you have the flexibility to keep or withdraw applications or media at any time depending on your changing requirements.
