On the other hand, if you use a log analysis system like that of Apache for example, then you must exclude our monitoring centers from your statistics. You can make this exclusion either on the basis of our user-agent or on the basis of our IP addresses.

Our monitoring service monitors your Internet services at a frequency varying from 1 minute to 60 minutes depending on your preferences. You choose the desired frequency depending on your requirements and especially depending on the critical nature of the service to be monitored.

In the case of website monitoring, it is important to make sure that the content of the page being monitored corresponds to what you are expecting. For this, our monitoring centres check whether the content downloaded from your website contains a matching sentence that you have selected.
